On June 23rd from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Koenig & Strey’s Schaumburg office will be hosting the Charity Drive & Shred Event 2012, a two-part charity event consisting of both a parking lot garage sale and annual document shredding, located at 2750 W. Schaumburg Road in Schaumburg, IL.

The garage sale portion of the event is for your donated items, which will be sold by Koenig & Strey. Acceptable donations include usable household items, small furniture, clothing, shoes, jackets, toys and games, as well as sporting goods. All donations and purchases are tax deductible, with proceeds from each sale going to support the surrounding communities.

Koenig & Strey agents take identity protection seriously, especially when it comes to home buyers and sellers in the communities in which they serve, and the annual shred event provides an opportunity to confidentially dispose of documents and paperwork that may contain sensitive personal or financial information.
