The HGTV show “My Big Amazing Renovation” gives viewers ideas for completely changing their homes, with every episode covering a project from its design stages through completion of construction.  It should come as no surprise, then, that this radical transformation that took four Gold Coast apartments at 1030 N. State and turned them into one massive living space was once featured on the show.

Now a single condo boasting approximately 3,400 square feet, Unit 45G is completely custom designed, as well as a fully-integrated smart home with one-touch audio/video, lighting and windows. Additional in-unit features include Brazilian hardwood floors, rare onyx and granite slabs throughout, media room, and amazing lake and city views, while the high-rise building itself has a new lobby, halls and pool.
